The Machine

Without action, what you believe in can not be seen, heard or physically felt. 
Not by the outside world. 
To make your mark...we will need to feel something from you.
We need to feel that you believe in your work.
We need to know by interacting with you that you live and breathe what you do.
That it is more than a job.
That is how your brand should feel to us.
Us the consumer, and us the friend.
What you believe in matters because it is a good indication of your future actions.

Your beliefs and your morals are the filter through which all situations will pass.

And with that filter in place…
Your thought process is going to follow suit.

The way you think acts like an assembly line machine for new ideas...
Your actions are the physical product that are produced by this "thought" machine.
In business, these thoughts about what you should do reflect in the actions you will eventually make.

Those are the mechanics and the basis for every decision.
Every idea produces an action that corresponds to that idea.
It is the law of attraction.

This is why you have to really try not to second guess what you are capable of.

Do not sabotage your work with self doubt.
Know the difference between taking caution and quitting because of fear.

Doubt is the kind of thought that stifles your best work.
Clouding your judgement with emotion.
Emotion has the power to bend a person's rational until it is unrecognizable if it is encouraged.
The positive reinforcement that doubt feeds on is fear.
The only way to stop fear is through a shift in cognition.
A conscious choice to redefine fear.
To understand that fear is necessary and not something to always avoid.
It lets you know a change is possible if you are willing to stand up to it.
It is wonderful to be human.
But sometimes we out feel ourselves.

By over thinking when we should move instead.

Move.
Take action.
One foot, then the other.

It all starts with one thought.
I am not afraid to try harder.
A machine has only logic.
Channel your inner machine when emotions overstep.
It is time to be brave in your work.
Dig deep.
You can do it.



Thoughts become things.

The Dilemma  If you work hard and make the sacrifices others are either unwilling or unable to make... One day you will find yourself having to make an uncomfortable choice as a contractor. You will eventually reach a crossroads where you have to decide if what you are doing now is the most you will do. The main constraint at this juncture is that you are at the mercy of physics like the rest of us. You can only be physically present in a certain number of places in one day before it becomes very obvious you have maxed out your time.
